Plans, billing and the beta
What the beta includes, what each plan allows, and how billing works.
Project 14 is free during the beta. Every workspace has the Pro plan, with no card. Before the beta ends we email you; you choose a plan or stay on Free.

Team members and viewers are free on every plan. Extra AI packs add 200 actions for the current month. Prices for the Gulf, Indonesia and other countries are on the pricing page.
The Billing page
- Shows your plan, PM seats in use, projects and AI actions used this month.
- Owners and project managers can see it; only the owner changes the plan or buys packs.
- Invoices and payment opens the secure payment portal to download invoices, change the card or cancel.
Moving to Free
No project or evidence is deleted. You can't add a second active project, readiness tracks Level D only, and Telegram and GitHub stop syncing.
