Practise in the lab

Twelve realistic situations to rehearse the assessment interview, with self-rating and an AI assessor.

The Practice lab rehearses the IPMA assessment interview. Each scenario names the ICB4 elements it tests, such as a vendor six weeks late, a sponsor adding scope, two leads in open conflict or a permit refused on day 44.

  1. 1

Choose a scenario and read the brief.

  2. 2

Write your answer: what you would do in the next 48 hours, who you would involve, and why.

  3. 3

Rate yourself from 1 to 10 against what assessors look for in each element, then save the attempt.

  4. 4

Choose Get AI assessment for an assessor's scores and what to improve.

Your attempts are kept, with your average and how your rating compares with the assessor's.

Practice never counts as evidence and doesn't change your readiness.
